Message	And don't feel like it's your fault, which people like to throw back at you when they are defending their vendor. Regardless of who the vendor is, the life issues they have to deal with and whatever other violin playing people want to throw out, it's not very difficult to put up a post, phone message and e-mail auto-responder to let people who pay you money know what is going on. Or at the very least that you'll be unavailable. Supposedly he's working on that which is good. Good luck with your issue.
